My Potted Herb Garden

I haven't been writing much lately.  It's either I am lazy, not in the mood, or nothing to talk about.

So what brought me back to here so soon?  Well I've found a new hobby - gardening!

Our lovely herbs is an inspiration. When I wake up, after sipping my morning coffee, I go outside and check the plants for any insect attacks or if the cats have played around the pots and destroyed our plants. Gardening is my new found love.

Baking Experiment- PILIPIT

My sis and I tried to make Pilipit or Twisted Donut. It was an experimental recipe but it turned out right. I was not satisfied with the outcome, I guess I put too much yeast? It was worth trying and the pilipit was gone in 60 seconds lol! The culprit was my chubby nephew.

Christmas 2012

We had a quiet simple Christmas eve celebration. As usual, I was busy planning and writing the things to buy for my baking. I didn't get into the Christmas mood this year because I wasn't feeling good. My efforts were rewarded when my baking and cooking were successful.
