Ground Beef Tofu

1 cake Tofu, the firm type
80 gms ground beef
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 stalk green onion, chopped (for topping)

For the Sauce:
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 cup chicken stock
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp cornstarch, dissolved in 1/2 tbsp water

1. Slice tofu into cubes (2 cm). Drain well.
2. In a small bowl, combine cooking sauce ingredients.
3. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan. Saute garlic, beef. Add cooking sauce and bring to a boil. Add tofu , stir fry gently the tofu, and cook about 3 minutes over medium heat.
5. Stir in dissolved cornstarch and green onions. Mix lightly and remove from heat.

Can be use as topping over hot cooked rice.
